The CKD Gram Negative Pump has very low NPSH and its semi-open impeller is connected directly to the pre-separator without any piping.
The shaft seal (usually packing) is flushed externally to ensure lubrication during pump operation and to avoid air leakage.
The CKD drainage pump with V-belt and motor can be mounted directly on the pre-separator or filtrate receiver, providing a more convenient solution.

Standard materials
STD models feature a cast stainless steel impeller and cast iron casing for durability and stability.
Materials of parts in contact with fluid: impeller is SUS304; side plates, pump body, etc. are all HT250. Users can also choose materials such as SUS304 or SUS316L.
The impeller and casing of the SS4 model are made of cast stainless steel (SUS 304) for excellent corrosion resistance.
The impeller and casing of the SS6 model are cast stainless steel (SUS 316/1.4408) for use in more challenging industrial environments.
